Association Belbiz is looking for a vendor on the performing the following tasks within NDICI-GEO-NEAR/2022/436-208 SUPPORT BELARUSIAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION (hereinafter – the Activity) in Warsaw, Poland:

• Provide an equipped, ready to use space for developing a Startup hub in Poland (Warsaw). The hub's space should be a separate venue up to 500 sq.m., located preferably in the city center with a separate easy access to the space.
• Provide a space convenient for setting Hub’s activities with separate rooms for coworking, reception, toilettes, meeting rooms and event (an open space with a stage) and training space.
• Provide a minimum equipped space (furniture, volume system, projector, conditioning, kitchen, equipped toilets) to run events, educational programmes.
• Provide a space with a minimum equipped cafe zone to implement networking activities, and talent matching and team building.
• Provide administrative services for Hub’s operation (cleaning, meeting guests, run phone and email communication, register participants etc.).
• Provide utilities and consumables, internet and other communication services.
• Not obligatory, but preferable: having experience in running and developing a Startup Hub.
